Multi-Stage Quality Control Process
We apply strict inspection standards throughout the entire production cycle:
IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
100% of critical raw materials undergo severe stress testing before warehouse acceptance. We verify PCBA wave-soldering alignment, check the RPM/torque consistency of custom motors, and run thermal-stability checks on all lithium-ion battery batches.
IPQC (In-Process Quality Control)
Our quality auditors perform hourly routing inspections directly on the active lines. They measure precise ultrasonic welding strength, test waterproof adhesive uniformity, and verify real-time circuit voltage safety to catch any technical drift instantly.
FQC (Final Quality Control)
We do not rely on random sampling for finished goods. Every single product must undergo a rigorous functional test before retail packaging:
• Oral Care (Flossers/Toothbrushes): Verified under active water pressure and high-frequency vibration diagnostics.
• Hair Styling (Dryers/Straighteners): Calibrated via digital laser thermometers to ensure 100% accurate thermal regulation (preventing hair damage or overheating).
• Vacuum Sealers: Subjected to dynamic vacuum pump performance tests to confirm maximum kPa suction.
OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)
Before container loading, we execute random sampling in strict accordance with international AQL 2.5 standards. This includes checking outer carton structural integrity, scanning individual UPC/EAN retail barcodes, and reviewing cross-border batch compliance paperwork.
In-House Precision Stress-Testing Laboratory
To ensure long-term product reliability across different global climates and usage environments, our factory operates a dedicated in-house testing laboratory. Each production batch is sampled and tested under simulated extreme conditions to verify safety, durability, and structural stability.
Electrical Safety & Leakage Testing
All devices are tested under high voltage load conditions to verify insulation performance, current stability, and electrical safety. This helps eliminate risks such as short circuits and leakage during end-user operation.
Salt Spray Corrosion Testing
Metal components, heating elements, and plated parts are placed in a controlled salt-fog chamber for 48–96 hours to evaluate corrosion resistance and surface durability in humid or coastal environments.
Drop & Vibration Packaging Testing (ISTA Standard)
Fully packaged products and export cartons undergo multi-angle drop testing and continuous vibration simulation to verify packaging integrity during international shipping, warehouse handling, and e-commerce logistics.
Thermal Shock & Environmental Aging Testing
Products are continuously operated in temperature-controlled chambers ranging from -20°C to 70°C to simulate extreme global climates.
